Patrick Hefferan came into my familiy's life in April of 2008 and I feel that we have been blessed to make his acquaintance since he is the most compassionate, understanding, wonderful man, let alone human being that I have ever met. I'm 55 years old so I've met a few people in my life. He is gentle and caring with a wonderful sense of humor. I am able to talk with him about anything.
